whisper tool for windows is a speech-to-text software running on Windows that allows users to utilize the Whisper API’s speech-to-text functionality with their own OpenAI Key. As a heavy user of ChatGPT, I find it inconvenient that the web version of ChatGPT does not yet support voice input. Whisper Windows addresses this by allowing users to start recording with a hotkey and automatically copy the transcribed text to the clipboard. The sound prompts for the start and end of recording, as well as transcription completion, make your input smoother and more seamless. The Whisper API offers high translation accuracy and supports multi-language transcription. By combining Whisper Windows with ChatGPT, your interactions become even more powerful and fluent.
